Public Health and Mental Wellbeing Consultancy

I offer a unique set of consultancy skills and am proud to have successfully completed many commissions working for small, medium and larger scale organisations. If you're looking for someone who can help you with:

• training and facilitation on mental wellbeing - raising awareness and understanding, building resilience skills and processes, finding solutions and ways to promote mental wellbeing. One of only a few providers of MWIA training I also work collaboratively as an Associate with colleagues such as Delta Public Health, Tony Coggins, Director at Thrive, PHAST, South London and Maudsley NHS Mental Health Trust.
• Health Impact Assessment  - HIA with a particular focus on community participation.
• Research and evaluation - qualitative evaluation involving service users through to commissioners using a range of techniques including focus groups and telephone research of small scale projects.

• Personal and lifestyle development coaching - looking to translate your recent lifestyle change aspirations following Covid-19 lockdown experiences into reality, or wanting help with thinking about other personal development? I'm a trained Barefoot Coach and am happy to support you.
