Coaching Skills for Parenting the Next Generation and
Personal Coaching

Picture
Coaching can really help us transform how we approach and live our lives. It is a supportive process using incisive questioning, exercises and other tools to help explore questions or challenges in both professional and personal life.
I trained as a Business and Personal Coach with Barefoot Coaching and more recently as a Parenting Skills Coach.

There can be no greater honour or responsibility than being a parent / carer including grandparent. After all, children and teenagers are at the beginning of their own life journey and will become members of future societies with opportunities to build on the wisdom and teachings of ours and past generations.

The role of being a parent or carer brings with it highs and lows, joys and disappointments, opportunities and challenges, hopes and fears. How many of us feel prepared and trained for this role? We learn from our experiences as children, those who brought us up, friends, teachers, reading, trial and error to name a few.

"The first day I went home my whole family life changed. My children are a lot happier and closer, as well as my partner."
I am proud to offer a flexible programme to parents in all sorts of places such as schools, workplace, community or places of faith.  I will take people on a journey of exploration that will help you to be  more confident, happier and with techniques that will help you and your family to be stronger, happier and closer. My aim is to enable people to enjoy being the very best parent that they can.
  • A course, ranging from a 3-day intensive to a series of six 90 minute modular workshops. When delivered in a workshop format, parents derive huge benefit from being in a group, coaching one another and sharing experiences of parenthood.
  • Working on a one-to-one model for more personal and intensive support for one or both parents.
